Every April, we’re reminded why we fell in love with record stores in the first place. Founded in 2008 by a passionate group of independent record store owners, Record Store Day was created to celebrate the culture, community, and magic that only local record shops can provide. At Vinyl Tap, we’re proud to carry that spirit forward and keep the tradition spinning strong year after year.

Join us as we celebrate Record Store Day the way we always do — with a full day of live music, DJs, local vendors, drink specials, food trucks, and of course, the exclusive Record Store Day releases that collectors and music lovers look forward to all year. Our celebration is free, family-friendly, and built for crate diggers, casual fans, and curious newcomers alike.

This year we’re also excited to partner with Music Valley Archive to offer limited-edition RSD x Vinyl Tap merchandise you won’t find anywhere else.
