A little room to breathe on a Monday night. Ambient Monday brings three adventurous acts to Vinyl Tap for an early evening of spacious sounds, slow-building textures, and music that rewards a closer listen.
LA's Brendan Eder Ensemble blurs the lines between ambient, jazz, and modern classical music with lush, meditative woodwind arrangements. Nashville's Jen Starsinic brings an experimental approach to violin, building layered soundscapes through live looping and improvisation, while Infinite Limb, the ever-evolving ambient project of Kyle Numann, explores the outer reaches of synthesizers, drones, and electronic textures, joined for this show by Emily Kendall.
Come settle in, grab a drink, and let the week start a little differently.
