Jack Silverman is one of those musicians who makes you stop what you're doing and pay attention.

His playing is thoughtful, adventurous, and endlessly musical. Whether he's leading a band, sitting in, or following a thread of improvisation somewhere unexpected, he always seems to find something interesting.
